Mountain biking and being active outdoors is an important part of my life. It restores me from a demanding job and provides perspective when I feel emotionally imbalanced. It is a way that I connect with nature, with my spirituality, and with my friends and my partner as well. Being active in this way has continued to be crucial to me during pregnancy and parenthood. However, with parenthood come unique opportunities and challenges. This blog has become a space where I can share some of my experiences, in the hopes that someone else may benefit from them.
